Working on Updating LL's backgrounds to hover

Working on changing ALL of my LL themes to have this background update. Maybe it might help. I'd like to see how each board background will be seen on each theme viewed with this update. There might be a problem. Fingers crossed it won't be. I might have to ask for help.
