The second Bar.
I tinkered with the Border Style making it Dashed.
It affected the borders:
the outside border of the Second Bar
AND Participated button to the right
drop down box
and The NEWS FADER
(Note: Not the ">" lines in between breaking up the words.) not THIS time.
