Just to figure out what this was, I set the border width from 1px to 10px. Turns out it's the line exactly between posts. What I found out but not expected, it took the color of the text color. After first post, the color of the first posts text the Post Separator had as well. Then with the even numbered the Post Separator line had the the same color as the second post text color



Now, they could all have the same color by setting it right here in this section.

Just noticed that the User name's color in the mini profile as well as when that person clicked a like button, changed to this set color. Not sure how they would connect.

This is the line just below the timestamp, the likes area and the buttons that say quote/edit/etc.

Tinkered only with the color. It affected both the Line above AND the Signature text.
